For Friday and Saturday, we will also have additional indoor venues around the village providing excellent choices for Christmas Shoppers. On Saturday the High Street, Church Street and The Green will also host a further excellent range of street food, quality Makers and Food traders.

This year, Ruddington Village Christmas Market will be a festive feast of stalls, music and twinkly lights throughout the village. Visitors can expect to enjoy over 170 stalls of quality food, drinks and gifts PLUS festive bars, live music, street food, children’s entertainment and of course…Santa!

We have something magical planned for the Village Green over 3 days:

Thursday 30th November 2023 4-9pm

Friday 1st December 2023 4-9pm

Saturday 2nd December 2023 11am-5pm

There will be food stalls, space to mingle and festive mulled wine set to your favourite Christmas tunes. A vintage fairground will provide the perfect accompaniment to this cosy scene with warm festoon lights and Christmas trees and a full programme of music, theatre and circus is planned. Visitors are sure to start December in the most wonderful way!

On Thursday night we have a beer and carols evening in the Big Top, Friday night will have a party atmosphere and Saturday will have a day of live music to keep our guests’ feet tapping. With 2 large trader marquees, a children’s Christmas wonderland mini big top, music and bar big top, all the venues on the Green will be sheltered from the weather.

Along with all the local shops and pubs open for business, we hope Christmas 2023 will be our best yet. We are investing heavily in the event infrastructure and marketing, and we look forward to welcoming you to something truly special. 

For those with concerns from last year, rest assured visitors will be guided with additional stewards and a considered route which will allow space for browsing whilst not feeling overcrowded.
